in any diameter from 1/2" ID through 6" ID.
Our material of choice for precision film cores is High
Impact Polystyrene HIPS but our expertise includes HDPE,
PP, Polycarbonate, ABS, and a range of engineering grade
resins. All extrusion cores are available with a tape
start.
Injection Molded cores
Injection molded
cores give you the ultimate in a quality precision short
length core and the best price even in large quantities.
Any size or shape is available and injection molding
allows us to produce very tight tolerances, the only
limiting factor is the length. We have a unique program
for the smaller user, in that the customer pays only
for the insert or inserts using our stock mold base
therefore eliminating most of the cost of injection
molded cores
